Nagaland and Mt Japfu. For two years I have been travelling into this region to photograph the people who farm on the slopes of Mt Japfu. This has coincided with the Hornbill festival. A wonderful opportunity to photograph people who live deep in the forests of Nagaland.
This trip I was please to see that there were more younger men and women taking part in the festival - gives me hope that some of these cultures may continue with the traditions of their forefathers.
